How milhomeex works
- Search by base. Homes for sale and for rent are organized around the installation, not just a ZIP code.
- See if it fits your BAH. Every home for sale has a VA Loan Estimator, and rentals show how much of the rent your BAH covers.
- Talk to a real person. Contact the agent or owner directly. Your message goes to them and to your local PCS Pay It Forward ambassador, never to a lead auction.
- List your home. Owners and agents can list homes for sale or for rent for free. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Renting, rebuilt around PCS timelines
Owners list rentals near bases, and families contact them directly. milhomeex only advertises rentals: we don't take applications, screen tenants, or collect rent or deposits, so you stay in control. Always confirm the home and the owner before you send any money.
Your information is never sold
We never sell your information or pass it to a network of lenders and agents. You work with one military-connected agent, and your local ambassador, not a crowd of strangers. No credit pull. No obligation. No spam.
